CHAPPELL HILL F.D. COOKOFF THIS WEEKEND
This Friday and Saturday the Chappell Hill Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting its 14th Annual Barbeque Cookoff at the firehouse.
They will be judging beans, chicken, ribs and brisket.
Fire Department Vice President Marcie Kmiec says there will be 60-to-70 teams on hand for the competition…
Proceeds from the Cookoff go to funding everything from firefighter equipment to fire trucks for the Chappell Hill Volunteer Fire Department.
In addition to the cookoff and auctions, there will also be a dance Saturday night with Nathan Colt Young from 7:30-to-midnight.
There is free admission and free parking.
