WHERE IS DELLA THIS MONTH IN WASHINGTON COUNTY?

Each month, the Washington County Convention and Visitors Bureau is featuring a photo of Della the German Shepard at a different location in the county.  Last month, Mandy Allen correctly guessed that Della was at Washington on the Brazos State Historic Site checking out where Texas became Texas in 1836.  When Della was having her picture taken in front of Independence Hall, the very place Texas’ declaration of independence was signed, she noticed a strange object in the field in front of her. Turns out, it’s an 1800s cistern.
