LOCAL H*E*B TO HOLD RIBBON CUTTING FOR CURBSIDE SERVICE

  

Brenham’s H.E.B. food store will officially open its curbside grocery pickup service today (Tuesday).

The Washington County Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting at 10 o’clock this (Tuesday) morning to kick off this new service at H.E.B.  Shoppers can place their orders and pay online from home or work, then have their groceries delivered to them in the parking lot of H.E.B.  The parking spaces reserved for curbside pickup are on the pharmacy end of the store.  Manager Larry Hargis says there is a $5 convenience fee added to each order.

Brenham’s H.E.B. is located at 2508 South Day Street.
