AUSTIN COUNTY GRAND JURY RETURNS TEN INDICTMENTS
The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned ten indictments.
Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:
Ryan Joseph Valis, 29, was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, occurring April 20th.
Walter William Hill, Sr., 30, was charged with Assault of Family/Household Member with a Previous Conviction, on May 28th.
Kevin Murray Fickey, 46, and Casimiro Lopez, 56, were charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more.
Keith Thomas Janak, 24, was charged with Fraud and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Hector Raul Flores, 18, was indicted on charges of Possession of Marijuana of less than 5 pounds.
Zachary Taylor Wiatrek, 21, Joseph Edward Flores, 32, Demarcus Earl Lynch, 30, and Dennis Rivera, Jr., 46, were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
