FAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE AWARDED $4000 GRANT FROM NRA FOUNDATION

  

The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office has received a $4000 grant from the NRA Foundation and Friends of NRA.

Sheriff Keith Korenek announced Thursday that the Sheriff’s Office received a grant for $4085.  The money received will go towards the purchase of service ammunition, used for firearms training for sheriff’s deputies, reserve deputies, and corrections personnel.

Sheriff Korenek thanks the NRA for its support of the Sheriff’s Office, and reminds people of the Tri-County Friends of NRA Banquet and Fundraiser on July 27 at the K of C Hall in Schulenburg.
