BRAZOS COUNTY ENACTS BURN BAN

  

Brazos County has become the latest county to the north, to exercise a burn ban.

After a meeting with Brazos County Commissioners Court this (Tuesday) morning, a burn ban was put into place.

Brazos County joins Milam, Robertson, Leon, and Madison Counties on the list of current burn bans in the northern portion of the Brazos Valley.

A Burn Ban means outdoor burning is prohibited until the ban is lifted by county officials.

At this time there are no burn bans in effect in Washington, Austin, Lee, Burleson, Grimes, Waller or Fayette Counties.
