AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY RETURNS 12 INDICTMENTS

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 12 suspects.

Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:

Bryson Keith Wells, 19, charged with Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence with the Intent to Impair, and the Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, occurring May 17^th.

Quentin Eugene Anderson, 25, charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, from April 28^th.

Deandre Travon Banks, 29, also charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, from June 18^th.

Danny Jhair Marquez, 23, on felony charges of Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear, on June 12^th.

Karl Lewellyn Gross, 24, charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, on May 9^th.

Dameain Jabour Hardy, 38, and Ezikiel Fisher, 51, each charged with Forgery of a Financial Instrument, from June 6^th.

Eugene Douglas Hunt, 54, in jail on parole for charges of possession of a controlled substance, from June 27^th.

Sean Calvillo, 36, Denise Leanne Kinsey, 38, James Evon Sones Jr., 48, and Kevin Dwayne Walleck, 37, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
