TWO ARRESTED FOR GROWING MARIJUANA IN CALDWELL

  

A man and woman from Caldwell face charges after their arrests this week in Burleson County.

50-year old Robert Lee Lange Jr. and 45-year old Stephanie Novelle Pearson Lange were arrested Tuesday by Burleson County Sheriff’s deputies.

Sheriff’s office investigators say they received a tip of the possible cultivation of marijuana on Sundown Road.

Tuesday, sheriff’s deputies, along with Bryan Police and DPS Troopers converged on the location, where they discovered numerous marijuana plants and pieces of plants.  Deputies say they also found evidence that steps were taken to conceal and destroy plants.

Robert Lange and Stephanie Lange were both taken into custody and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Both are currently free on bond.
