THREE KILLED IN GRIMES CO. CRASH

  

DPS troopers are currently investigating a one-vehicle fatality crash in Grimes County.

Just before 9 a.m. Saturday morning, a 2008 Dodge pick-up was headed north in the outside lane of State Highway 6, south of FM 2, near Navasota.

Troopers say the vehicle, for undetermined reasons, drove across the inside lane and onto the grassy median, before it crashed into the Beason creek embankment.

The driver, as well as two passengers, were pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver was identified as 56-year-old Bradley Morrison, and the passengers were 52-year-old Pheobe Morrison and 37-year-old Tasha Morrison, each of Houston.

The crash is still under investigation.
