THREE ARRESTED ON DWI’S THIS WEEKEND

Three people face Driving While Intoxicated charges after their arrests over the weekend.
Sunday morning around 1:30, Officer Alex Saenz, conducted a traffic stop, in the 1600 Block of South Blue Bell Road.
Police suspect the driver, 45-year old Kenna James Stevenson of Hempstead, was under the influence of alcohol.
Stevenson also had 7 children in his vehicle. He was placed in custody and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in for Driving While Intoxicated W/Children under 15 Years of Age.
Saturday evening, at approximately 8:00, police responded to a traffic stop at the 900 Block of North Park Street.
Investigations revealed that the driver, 50-year old Manuel M. Andrade of Brenham was believed to be intoxicated.
Andrade was taken to the Washington County Jail where he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more Offense.
Monday morning, around 12:30, police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was called in as a reckless driver in the 2000 Block of Old Chappell Hill Road.
33-year old Jose Angel Morales Herrera of Brenham was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated.
