HEMPSTEAD MAN ARRESTED ON WARRANTS
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Hempstead man faces charges after his arrest Tuesday by Brenham Police.
Corporal Ashley Burns conducted a traffic stop around 8:30 in the area of North Park Street and East Academy.
According to authorities, 45-year old Marcelino Martinez Barron of Hempstead was driving without a driver’s license and had two outstanding warrants for driving while intoxicated.
Barron was taken into custody transported to the Washington County Jail.
