SEVEN SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

A Brenham man has been sentenced to two years in prison in the latest edition of 21st District Court in Brenham.

18-year Ralph Eddie Kallie, II, was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon – a Third Degree Felony.

Kallie was arrested June 6th of this year on the firearm and a theft charge.  He was also sentenced to six months for the theft.

(Washington Co. Jail)

41-year old Shanna Waldrop Ramirez of Brenham was sentenced to two years in prison for Assault of a Public Servant –  aThird Degree Felony for her arrest on November 25th of last year.

32-year old Racheal Hackmack of Brenham, had her probation revoked and was sentenced for a 2017 conviction for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Hackmack was also fined $750.

41-year old Marilee Belle Brummitt of Brenham was placed on five years’ probation on two charges: Bail Jumping and Fail to Appear and Possession of Controlled Substance.

54-year old Robert Paul Blaugh of Salado was placed on six years’ probation for Possession of a Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.  Blaugh was also fined $1,500 and attend a drug offender treatment program.

33-year old Markesha Powell of Somerville, had her probation revoked and was sentenced to two years in prison for Possession of Controlled Substance.  Powell was also fined $945 and ordered to perform 200 hours community service.

And 37-year old Terance James Farrell, Jr., of Brenham, was sentenced to 88 days in the Washington County Jail for Possession of Controlled Substance.

  1. I hate to see such a young guy (18) going to prison, He should be going off to college instead, Always a shame to see young people making bad choices that will follow them throughout their adult life. Hope he can turn it around.
