KWHI, KTEX TO DONATE FAIR PROCEEDS TO CASA FOR KIDS

  

KTEX-106 and KWHI 1280 have announced they will donate Washington County Fair proceeds towards a local children support group.

At the Washington County Fair this week, KTEX and KWHI will be set up near the main entrance at the Fairgrounds, along with the Wagon Wheel of Prizes.  Every dollar spent on a spin of the wheel will go towards CASA for Kids.

CASA volunteers, or Court Appointed Special Advocates, are appointed by judges to represent children who find themselves in the court system.  They assist these children in welfare cases, and help them navigate the foster care system.

Prizes include tickets to the Renaissance Festival, Schlitterbahn, Times Square in Katy, and more.
