AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 14

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 14 suspects.

Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:

Lea Dender Holton, 51, charged with Theft of Property between $150,000 and $300,000, offense occurring November 20^th of last year.

Tanya Mann Houser, 33, on charges of Arson with Intent to Damage a Habitat or Place of Worship, from July 16^th.

Benjamin Levi Lawson, 24, on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, along with Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Both occurred on July 14^th.

Sindel Tremayne Johnson, 38, charged with Sex Offenders Failure to Comply, civil charge, from September 5^th.

David Wayne Cummings, 45, charged with Illegal Dumping over 1,000 lbs., occurring June 19^th.

Christopher Andrew Hernandez, 28, charged with Felony Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear, on May 29^th.

Angelo Douglas Earthman, 42, on charges of Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence with the Intent to Impair, along with Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Both occurred September 10^th.

Toney Curtis, 38, charged with the Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, from August 15^th.

Eric Von Blount, 43, on charges of Fraud, Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Prescription Drugs, on August 17^th.

Antoine Ray Jackson, 34, for the Possession of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone, from August 26^th.

Kardeyia Washington, 17, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, on August 11^th.

Nathan Baker, 33, Sage Leeanne Gilcrease, 26, and Cathleen Kennedy, 25, all charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
