CAMP FOR ALL RECEICVES $20K DONATION

  

Camp For All has received a large donation, recently.

The facility for people with with disabilities or challenging illnesses received $20,000 from Reliant Gives, a charitable-giving program that lets people vote on worthy organizations to receive grants.

Camp For All was one of three organizations selected as finalists for a top donation of $100,000.

Camp For All CEO and President Pat Prior Sorrells, says she was honored that they were nominated.

Sorrell says  Camp For All got out the vote on social media, email, and every way possible.”

Sorrells says the $20,000 will bring children and adults with special needs to Camp For All to discover what they can do.  She says more people now know about Camp For All than ever before.

Reliant Gives initiatives help support local communities, bringing together volunteerism, giving and partnerships.  It has donated a total of $720,000 to 18 non-profits through the voting program, launched in 2016.
