EARLY VOTING CONTINUES ONE WEEK FROM ELECTION DAY
As November’s Election Day draws nearer, Washington County residents continue to turn out for early voting.
County Clerk Beth Rothermel says Monday brought 522 in-person ballots. So far, there have been 6,502 early voters in the county.
Rothermel says the entire early voting period for the 2014 governor’s election brought in 5,098 early voters.
Early voting lasts until Friday in Washington County. The County Courthouse Annex will have extended hours today (Tuesday) from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., then go back to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.
