BRENHAM POLICE MAKE ARREST ON GUN CHARGE
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Houston teen is in custody in Brenham, following his arrest during a traffic stop, Wednesday night.
17-year old Harry Goffney was pulled over just after 8:00 p.m., by Officer Eddie Martinez in the 1300 block of Prairie Lea St.
During the stop, authorities discovered a stolen pistol inside the car.
Goffney was taken into custody and charged with Theft of Firearm and Failure to Identify.
He was taken to the Washington County Jail.
