BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON GUN/MARIJUANA CHARGES

A Brenham man faces charges after a traffic stop, Monday night.
Just after 11:00 p.m., Ofc. Eddie Martinez conducted a traffic stop in the 2400 block of East Airline Drive for an equipment violation.
A probable cause search turned up marijuana and a firearm in the vehicle.
The driver, 49-year old Fletcher Anthony Williams of Brenham was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana \and Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon.
Williams was taken to the Washington County Jail.
