BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR MARIJUANA POSSESSION

  

A Brenham man was arrested during a Friday night traffic stop.

Just before 8:30 p.m., Officer Andy Adams pulled over a vehicle in the area of South Chappell Hill Street and Seelhorst Lane for a moving violation.

After investigation and search of the vehicle, passenger, 26-year old Sammy Madison Jr., of Brenham was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana between 2 and 4 ounces.

Madison was taken to the Washington County Jail.
