CS MURDER SUSPECT SURRENDERS IN MIDLAND CO.

College Station homicide suspect Terry Ratliff turned himself into Midland County, Tuesday afternoon.
College Station police obtained an arrest warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon for Ratliff, in the death of 39 year old Theia Flakes, Monday.
Flakes’ body was discovered, Monday afternoon, at her home on Dominik Drive.
Ratliff was immediately named as a suspect. He was arrested without incident.
The official cause of death will be determined by a medical examiner’s autopsy investigation.
