BRENHAM MAN INDICTED ON ASSAULT CHARGES

  

A Brenham man has been indicted after his arrest last year on an assault charge.

28-year old Mario Enrique Chavez, was had two indictments filed for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.

Chavez was arrested October 7^th, after allegedly threatening a victim with a weapon in the 2300 block of Becker Drive.

Also indicted this week was 46-year Abel Isaac Castro of Austin.  Castro was arrested last September on charges of Sexual Assault and Unlawful Disclosure/Promotion of Intimate Visual Material.

Also indicted:

22-year old Rajan Gauchan of Washington, for Evading Arrest with Vehicle.

56-year old Minnie Ragston Jackson of Brenham, Burglary of a Habitation.

48-year old Anthony Martinez of Brenham, Violation of a Sex Offenders Duty to Register.

19-year old Olive Kaday Sheriff of Houston, Aggravated Assault in Retaliation.

45-year old Kenna James Stevenson of Navasota, Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger.

33-year old Deitric Latroy Thomas of Brenham, Assault Family Member Impede Breath/Circulation.

41-year old Clifford Deshon Williams of Brenham, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon.

62-year old Allen Thomas Fabisack of Brenham, Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance.

Also indicted on Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance: 30-year old Ricky James Bowker of Mancelona, Michigan; 48-year old Randall Wayne Currie of Brenham; and 46-year old Waymon Earl Jones of Houston.

The District Attorney’s Office also has released the names of two people who were indicted last year, but were only recently taken into custody:

73-year old Kenneth Renner of Brenham for a June arrest for Indecency with a Child/Sexual Contact and 61-year old Thomas Jesters of Kilgore, Tampering with Physical Evidence.
