COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TALKS BEING HELD IN BRENHAM THURSDAY

Brenham will play host to several meetings today (Thursday), discussing the future of the city.

This morning at 11 a.m., the Brenham City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, and Board of Adjustment will meet at City Hall to continue their discussion on an update to the comprehensive plan.

The workshop will look to set priorities and a direction for the plan moving forward.

In addition, there will be an open house at the Barnhill Center at 6:30 p.m., where the city will seek feedback from the public on its comprehensive and thoroughfare plans.

This meeting will focus on topics like land use and development, public utilities and infrastructure, economic opportunities, and parks and recreation.

Both meetings are open to the public.
