TEXAS LIONS CAMP DIRECTOR TO SPEAK AT BRENHAM EVENING LIONS CLUB MEETING TUESDAY

  

The Brenham Evening Lions Club will host a guest speaker at its meeting tomorrow (Tuesday).

Loretta Ulrich, a member of the La Grange Bluebonnet Lions Club, will discuss the upcoming Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville.  Ullrich has been a member of the club for 30 years, serving as president, vice president, treasurer and director.  She is currently the District 2-S5 director of the Texas Lions Camp.

The Texas Lions Camp was established in 1949.  More than 2,000 children with physical disabilities or Type-1 Diabetes attend the summer camp each year, at no cost to their families.  The Brenham Evening Lions Club is sponsoring a child to attend the camp.

The public is invited to attend the meeting, scheduled for tomorrow night at 6:30 p.m., at the Cannery Kitchen on 314 East Alamo Street in Brenham.
