TWO INDICTED FOR NEW YEAR’S DAY ROBBERY

  

Two men have been indicted on a slew of charges, involving an armed robbery in Brenham, in the latest edition of the Washington County Grand Jury.

21-year old Alexander Ray Aguado of Sealy and 19-year old Spencer Lee McCarty of Brenham, were arrested back on New Year’s Day of this year, after allegedly robbing a man at gun point on Highway 290 East.

The two were arrested after they tried to flee police on foot, after a brief high-speed chase.

Aguado and McCarty have been indicted on charges of: Aggravated Robbery; Evading Arrest/Detention with Vehicle; three charges of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance; and Possession of between four-ounces and five pounds of Marijuana.

Robert Charles Heck, 35 of Spring, Credit/Debit Card Abuse.

Amare Hill, 21 of Ft. Worth, Theft of Firearm

Rolando Jasso, 21 of Houston, Possession of Controlled Substance.

Sean Dwayne Johnson, 33 of Houston, Theft of Firearm

Aaron Jeste Leyva-Flores, 22 of Houston, Tampering with Government Record

Harold Larry Lundy, III, 38 of League City, Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle

Bobby Ortega, 28 of Somerville, Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance
Alfred Eugene Phoenix, 38 of Brenham, Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle

Kyle Pomykal, 47 of Brenham, Driving While Intoxicated 3^rd or More
