BURTON MAN ARRESTED ON INTOXICATION/ASSAULT CHARGES

A Burton man faces a pair of charges after his arrest, Sunday morning.
Just before 5:30 Sunday, Brenham Police responded to the 1000 Block of East Alamo Street in reference to a disturbance.
At the scene, 38-year old Billy Joe Patterson was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.
Patterson was charged with Public Intoxication and Assault Family Violence.
