BISD NUTRITION DIRECTOR TO SERVE ON STATEWIDE PANEL

  

The Child Nutrition Director of the Brenham School District has been chosen for a state-wide panel.

Sandra Baxter is one of four school nutrition directors in the state to serve as a panelist at the Business of Numbers and Nutrition Conference sponsored by the Texas Department of Agriculture this June.

The panelists will discuss best practices for controlling food costs in Food & Nutrition Programs. Baxter was selected based on her effective management of food and labor costs in Brenham ISD.

Baxter says she’s, “honored to represent Brenham ISD…to share experience with School Business Officials and School Nutrition Directors of Texas.”
