AUTHORITIES INVESTIGATING FAYETTEVILLE, ROUND TOP BURGLARIES
The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a pair of burglaries in the Fayetteville and Round Top area.
Saturday afternoon, just after 6:45 p.m., authorities were notified of a burglary of a building on FM 1291 near Fayetteville. It was reported the subject, a white male with a thin build, blue jeans, a dark t-shirt, and tattoos on both arms, appeared on the property around 2:45 p.m. and gained entry into the building.
A 1979 black CJ-7 Jeep was stolen, along with a Ryobi tool set, electrical cords, speakers, and a CFX series mixer board.
The Sheriff’s Office then received a report of a burglary of a business in Round Top on East Mill Street, occurring around 1:30 a.m. The individual was seen taking alcohol related items from the business.
The suspect seen in the video is the same person involved in the burglary near Fayetteville. Another person of interest is a female seen on video, possibly driving a white van also seen on footage.
