GRIMES CO. FAIR KICKS INTO GEAR THIS WEEK

  

This week marks the beginning of the Grimes County Fair in Navasota.

Livestock events begin at the fair tomorrow (Wednesday) at the Grimes County Fairgrounds.  Saturday, there will be a rodeo, the crowning of the 2019 Fair Queen, and a kick off dance with Landon Dodd.

Rodeo and livestock activities continue through the weekend into next week, with the Ranch Hand Rodeo on June 7th, followed by a performance from the Judson Cole Band.

Ranch Hand Rodeo will be held on June 7 following a dance with Judson Cole.  June 8th will feature the Bull Buck Out and a dance with Clayton Gardner.

Fair queen candidates have $15 fair passes for sale until Thursday.  Season Fair Passes will go up to $20 on Friday.

Day passes are available at the gate, and are $7 on non-entertainment nights and $12 on nights with entertainment.
