13 INDICTED BY AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 13 suspects.

Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:

Riley Babin, 21, and Christian David Pieper, 24, charged with Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance between 28 and 200 grams, both offenses occurring May 6^th.

Joe Moises Rojas, 25, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and having a Prohibited Substance or Item in a Correction Facility, both from April 20^th.

Donald Ray Godwin, 64, and Ramon Lopez, 40, both charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3^rd or More.  Godwin was charged on March 3^rd, and Lopez on March 16^th.

Keith La’Rue Yetman, Jr., 30, for Delivery of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone, occurring March 5^th.

Aida Santos, 28, for Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair, from March 19^th.

James Todd Roberts II, 23, Laura Leticia Villatoro, 27, Eric Edgecomb, 35, Jose Haro, 27, David Ryan Matthews, 38, and Sabrina Justin Moreno, 26, all charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
