WASHINGTON CO. FAIR QUEEN CANDIDATE ANNOUNCEMENT SET FOR AUGUST 5TH
The 2019 Washington County Fair Queen candidates will be announced next week.
The announcement of this year’s candidates is scheduled for Monday, August 5th at 6:30 p.m. at the Washington County Event Center. The winner of the Handy Dandy Towel design contest will also be announced that night.
Advance season tickets for the fair will go on sale after the announcement. Tickets will be available from any of the fair queen candidates.
The 2019 queen will be crowned at the opening ceremony of the fair, on Wednesday, September 18th. The Little and Jr. Mr. and Miss Contests will also be held that night.
Jake Hooker and the Outsiders will be the featured entertainment for the opening night of the fair. This year’s lineup also includes Steven Marshall, Grupo Rodeo Norteño, Grupo Solido, Bri Bagwell, Jessie Raub Jr., Ryann Elise Fatheree, William Clark Green, Stoney LaRue, Kevin Fowler, and Steve Wariner.
