TWO INDICTED ON CHILD SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGES

Thirty-four indictments have returned in the latest Washington County Grand Jury, which met Tuesday.
The latest indictments include, 30-year old Johnnie Ray Hardman of Chappell Hill, who is charged with Sexual Assault of Child.
Hardman was arrested in November of 2017, on the latest charge. He is listed by the state as a Registered Sex Offender for a 2007 conviction for Aggravated Sexual Assault.

Also indicted this week is 46-year old Larry Dewitt Jackson Jr. on a charge of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child Under 14.
Jackson was arrested in April of this year following an extensive investigation by Brenham Police and the Brenham Independent School District.
The alleged victim is a Brenham ISD student.
Indictments were also filed against:
39-year old Julie Ann Baker of Alvin, Assault of a Family Member Impede Breath/Circulation and Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.
26-year old Cykeithia Lakeria Blue of Brenham, two count of Obstruction/Retaliation.
20-year old Ashton McNabb of Brenham, Theft of Property $30,000 - $150,000.
31-year old Sara Jean Coker of Montgomery and 39-year old Michael Wayne Hadden of Humble, Theft of Property $2,500 - $30,000.
61-year old Lavania Finley of Old Washington, Deadly Conduct/Discharge Firearm
20-year old JaQuail Ceron Jackson of Missouri City, Money Laundering $2,500 - $30,000; Possession of Marijuana 4 oz – 5 lbs; and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
33-year old Bennie Byrd of Brenham, 23-year old Taylor Cherroid Johnson of Chappell Hill and 19-year old Jakara Alia Woods of Wharton, Tamper with Physical Evidence.
32-year old Matthew Keith Shell of Brenham, Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle
42-year old Niteroi Dwayne Thomas of Houston, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle.
20-year old Dontae Hammons of Brenham and 17-year old Damon Marquies Sims of Houston, Possession of Marijuana 4 oz – 5 lbs and Possession of a Deadly Weapon.
Seven people on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance: 35-year old Derrick Jerome East of LaGrange, 24-year old Kristian Rashae Hood of Houston, 22-year old Parker Andrew MacLaird of Houston, 26-year old Michael Allen Piper of Houston, 32-year old Bobby Charles Ragston, Jr. of Brenham and 25-year old Demarkus Mondrell Williams of Brenham.
Two people who were previously indicted by the Grand Jury have since been arrested so the name can now be released.
36-year old Enedina Ortiz of Brenham, Secure Execution of Document by Deception.
And, 41-year old Matthew Garrett Polk of Brenham on two counts of Forgery.
