“SAINT”, “DREW” NAMED PETS OF THE WEEK

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named “Saint” and “Drew” as its Pets of the Week.
Saint is a very sweet St. Bernard mix, about seven months old. Drew is a playful domestic shorthair kitten, about three months old.
Adoption fees will be reduced this week, ahead of Saturday’s Clear the Shelter event at the Brenham Pet Adoption Center from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. At Saturday’s event, adoptions are on a first-come, first-serve basis, and adoption fees are waived.

Starting tomorrow (Tuesday), fees will be dropped from $95 to $25 for cats and $40 for dogs, except for the shelter’s 12 VIP dogs. VIP dogs have either been at the shelter over 30 days, or are heartworm positive. Their adoption fees will be donated by Appel Ford, so there will not be a fee for adopters.
