SHINER CATHOLIC CHURCH HOSTING 98TH ANNUAL FALL PICNIC SUNDAY
The 98th Annual Shiner Catholic Church Fall Picnic is set for Sunday in Shiner.
The picnic will be held at the KC Park on 102 South Avenue G in Shiner. A three-meat meal will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., including country sausage, Shiner picnic stew, kettle fried chicken, and all the trimmings.
Several music groups will take the stage throughout the day, including the Shiner Hobo Band, the Los Kolaches Band, the Texas Legacy Czech Band, the Jungmeisters, Steve Curd, Southpaw, and the Emotions.
There will also be a big country auction, Bingo, arts and crafts, games, and a drawing for prizes.
