13 INDICTED BY AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 13 suspects.

Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:

Ro’Shard Jamal Shorter, 34, charged for Terroristic Threat Against a Peace Officer or Judge, offense occurring July 18^th.

Michael Brandon Ward, 31, arrested for Burglary of a Habitation, occurring July 23^rd.

Ryan Patrick Todaro, 34, for Assault of a Family or Household Member Impeding Breath or Circulation, from August 14^th.

Evelyn Chamaine Brown, 42, for False Statement of Property or Credit of equal to or more than $30,000, less than $150,000, from June 21^st.

Kim Andre Benson, 52, charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle and Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair, both offenses from June 21^st.

John Riley Ortiz, 19, charged with Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information, Number of Items Less than Five, offense from April 15^th.

Jason Oliver Brown, 42, for Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair, offense occurring March 28^th.

Scotty Paul Kiefer, 42, charged with Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, from July 18^th.

Quandre Jamaal Washington, 24, Lawrence Edwards, 32, Robert Stringfellow Paul, 31, Hilario Resendiz-Yaniz, 36, and Audra Raven Simpson, 26, all charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
