LANDOWNER SUMMIT OCTOBER 11TH AT WASHINGTON CO. FAIRGROUNDS

  

Several important landowner topics will be covered at a landowner summit next month at the Washington County Fairgrounds.

The summit will be held at the Fairgrounds Event Center, at 1305 East Blue Bell Road in Brenham, on Friday, October 11^th.

Some of the matters to be discussed include landowner liability, understanding ecosystems, feral hog and nuisance animal control, and riparian area management and erosion control.

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m., with the program running from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Meals and refreshments are included.

The cost to register before October 8^th is $30, and $40 starting on the 9^th.  All proceeds benefit the Gideon Lincecum Chapter of Texas Master Naturalist Scholarship Program.
