LOUISIANA WOMEN ARRESTED IN BRENHAM ON DRUG CHARGES

A Brenham traffic stop has led to the arrests of two Louisiana women on drug charges.

Just before 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, police pulled over a vehicle on a routine traffic stop in the 500 block of Highway 290 West.
According to police, they could smell the strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search turned up marijuana, THC oil and methamphetamines.
25-year old Keyrra Richard and 24-year old Danischia Robinson—both of Louisiana—were taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
