MISSING LaGRANGE MAN FOUND UNHARMED
A missing LaGrange man has been found, safe and sound.
According to Fayette Co. Sheriff Keith Korenek, the 23-year old male with an intellectual disability, was reported missing from a local residence, Monday morning. He was last seen in his bed around midnight.
Sheriff’s deputies, LaGrange Police, DPS troopers, Texas Parks and Wildlife and Fayette Co. EMS conducted an extensive search, which included a canine, boat and helicopter.
After four hours, the Sheriff’s Office received a call from the local WalMart, saying they believe the young man was in their store.
Police and deputies responded to the store and located the missing man.
He was unharmed and returned to his family.
