INDICTMENT RETURNED FOR WASHINGTON MAN ACCUSED OF CATTLE THEFT
A Washington man charged with cattle theft is among 30 indictments that were returned Tuesday by a Washington County Grand Jury.
24-year-old Boysie Deleon Cole, III was indicted for Theft of Cattle less than $150,000.
Warrants for Cole’s arrest were issued in March by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, after an investigation into cattle and tack gear thefts reported in the Old Washington area.
According to Washington County Sheriff Otto Hanak, Cole was arrested June 10th in Wilson County, near San Antonio, on warrants from Washington and DeWitt Counties.
Also indicted Tuesday were 38-year-old Glen Randall Newton, Jr. of Houston and 24-year-old Brette Kennedy Hill of Dayton. The two were arrested in August after Brenham police said they tried to steal a loaded trailer from a storage facility on Highway 36 South.
Both were indicted for Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000. Newton was also indicted on a Forgery charge.

46-year-old Joseph Christopher Thompson of Brenham, for Stalking.
36-year-old Jeremiah Dayton Dean and 52-year-old Steven Patrick Wackar, both of Brenham, for Assault of a Family Member Impeding Breath or Circulation.
36-year-old Michael William Davis, Jr. of Houston, for Burglary of a Vehicle, Two or More Previous Vehicles.
37-year-old Alex Antonio McDonald of Brenham, for Evading Arrest with a Previous Conviction.
20-year-old Simeon Lashawn Felton of Houston, for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.
67-year-old Edmond Clark of Somerville, for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd Offense, Habitual Offender.
45-year-old Gustavo Rivera Sanchez of Houston, for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More.
36-year-old Eduardo Vidot Colon of Bryan, for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Colon was also indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
34-year-old Ryan Patrick Dougherty of Bellville and 37-year-old Diana Marie Prinz Tyler of La Grange, both for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The following, 32-year-old Robert Douglas Duncan of Brenham, was indicted July 31st for Injury to a Child. Duncan has been arrested since his indictment, so his name can now be released.
Only the names of those that have been arrested can be released.
