NEW ORLEANS MAN FACES LOCAL D.W.I.
Update: On January 21st 2020, The Washington County Attorney's Office advised that the case against John Howell Stubbs had been dropped. No charges will be prosecuted.
A New Orleans man has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated after a traffic stop, Wednesday night.
Just before 8:30, police pulled over 70-year old John Howell Stubbs of New Orleans in the 200 Block of East Stone.
According to police, Stubbs was allegedly driving under the influence.
He was placed into custody for Driving While Intoxicated, and transported to the Washington County Jail.
