BRENHAM F.D. CALLED OUT TO GREASE FIRE SUNDAY
The Brenham Fire Department was called on to a grease fire at a home Sunday evening.
The department was called out to a home in the 200 block of Shepard Lane, where the occupants had left a pot of grease on the stove.
The fire had been extinguished by the time the firefighters had arrived, but the home was full of smoke. The department used its fans to remove the smoke from the home.
No one was injured.
