BARNHILL CENTER TO HOST EAST TEXAS REGIONAL HEMP CONFERENCE AND VENDOR EXPO

  

Starting this weekend, the Barnhill Center in Brenham will play host to a two-day conference on hemp.

The Texas Hemp Industries Association (TXHIA) will hold its East Texas Regional Hemp Conference and Vendor Expo, beginning Sunday and running through Tuesday.

The event will begin Sunday afternoon with “Vendors Speak”, where from 1 to 6 p.m., vendors will discuss their products and services and how they benefit the hemp industry.

The schedule of featured speakers includes Texas Department of Agriculture Assistant Commissioner Dan Hunter, Texas A&M professor and Soil and Crop Sciences Chair Dr. David Baltensperger, Mark Case with the International Hemp Market and Auction, and several other industry leaders.
