TWO ARRESTED ON WASHINGTON CO. WARRANTS

  

Two people were arrested Friday on local warrants.

Just after 10:00 a.m., 22-year old Mark Abraham Gonzales of Brenham was observed in the area of Blue Bell Road and North Park St.

Dispatch confirmed Gonzales had an active warrant out for his arrest out of Washington County court of Law for Interfere with an Emergency Phone Call.

Gonzales was placed in custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then just after 7:30 p.m., police responded to a welfare concern in the 2400 block of South Chappell Hill St.

36-year old Eric Hughes of Brenham was placed in custody for two active warrants for Violation of Bond/Protective Order and Terroristic Threat of a Family/Household Member out of Washington County.

Hughes was also transported to the Washington County Jail.
