AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 14
The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 14 suspects.
Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:
Keavon Ward, 19, charged with Terroristic Threat, offense occurring October 11th.
Jiovanny Garcia-Marquez, 21, and Anahi Ocampo-Moreno, 21, both charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, both offenses occurring August 23rd.
Lydia Raquel Fuentes, 27, for Theft of Property and Burglary of a Building, occurring August 23rd.
Donald Ray Godwin, 65, for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, occurring September 18th.
Melvin Ray Wright, 45, and Carlos Elizalde, 28, both charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More. Wright’s offense occurred March 7th, and Elizalde’s on July 16th.
Joe Angel Solis, 32, charged for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, Number of Items Less than Five, from June 24th.
Christopher James Benavides, 32, Chad Bernard Henry, 30, Robert Charles Flores, 28, John Anthony Hernandez, 23, Adam Troy Johnson, 28, and Daniel Moye, 56, all charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
