BURTON SCHOOL BOARD TO CONSIDER ENERGY SAVINGS PROGRAM

  

The Burton School Board will hear a presentation from an energy savings company at its meeting Monday.

The board will hear from Ideal Impact, Inc., a company based out of Grapevine that works to help schools and ministries with energy saving solutions.  The company will present an energy savings/conservation performance program to the board.

After the presentation, the board will consider a resolution to approve the Ideal Impact project and a payment plan.

Also at Monday’s meeting, board members will consider a board policy update, and cast votes for the Washington County Appraisal District Board of Directors.  They will also hear reports from the athletic director, elementary and high school principals, and superintendent.

The board will then adjourn into executive session to discuss personnel and district safety and security.

The board will meet Monday evening at 6 p.m., in the Burton ISD Administration Office.
