Seventeen Brenham High School choir students have earned a chair in the TMEA Region 27 Choir.
Students competed against 5A and 6A choirs from the Cypress area at the district and regional levels. The students have been preparing since May, attending camps, clinics, private lessons, and rehearsals.
Brenham also had four students earn first and second chair, and advanced six students to Pre-Area in December, where they will compete to go to Area and eventually the TMEA All-State Choir.
