CHRISTMAS AT THE COURTHOUSE IN GIDDINGS DECEMBER 7TH
The community is invited out to Giddings next weekend, as part of the city’s annual Christmas at the Courthouse celebration.
From 5:30 to 8 p.m. next Saturday, December 7th, the courthouse square will be filled with live holiday music and Christmas carols, games, story time, and crafts. There will also be train rides, a bounce house, and face painting.
The tree lighting ceremony begins at 6 p.m. The courthouse will be decorated with lights and wreaths on all 70 windows, with the surrounding trees covered in white lights.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive at 7 p.m., and will visit and take photos in the first floor courtroom.
KTEX-106’s Blake Hickerson will be in Giddings next Saturday night, in the friendly country cruiser.
