The Gulf Western Modular Railroad Society of Corpus Christi will have its scale model train of the “Bush 4141” locomotive on display in the museum’s rotunda.  The display is up from today (Friday) through Sunday.

This comes six weeks after the announcement that Union Pacific would donate the “Bush 4141” locomotive to the museum for permanent display.  The train engine is planned to be moved next fall.

There is no charge for entrance to the rotunda; however, a ticket will need to be purchased to enter the museum.

Museum hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
