BELLVILLE VFD HOSTING ANNUAL CHILI AND BEAN COOK-OFF MARCH 14TH
The Bellville Volunteer Fire Department Station #4 is getting ready to host its 11th Annual Chili and Bean Cook-off next weekend.
Next Saturday, March 14th, the Kenney Store will feature chili and bean contests, along with competitions for Bloody Marys, margaritas, and chef’s choice. There will also be entertainment provided by the Brown Sugar Band.
Judging begins with Bloody Marys at 10:30 a.m., followed by margaritas at noon, chef’s choice at 1:30 p.m., beans at 3 p.m., and chili at 4:30 p.m. Music from Brown Sugar starts at 8:30 p.m.
All proceeds from the cook-off go to support the fire department.
