BLINN BOARD TO HEAR BRENHAM HOUSING UPDATE, CONSIDER BRYAN CAMPUS UPGRADES
The Blinn Board of Trustees will hear an update on housing on the Brenham campus and discuss several facility upgrades at the Bryan campus at its virtual meeting Tuesday.

The board will receive an update on Phase II of the Blinn-Brenham housing public private partnership. In January, the board began a partnership with Servitas to finance, design, construct, and operate a new 400-500 bed student housing facility on the Brenham campus.
Board members will also consider a contract to replace the boiler in the student center, along with a contract for interior upgrades to Buildings A and G, all on the Bryan campus.
The board will also look to give Blinn administration authority to execute contracts for the audit of areas identified in the district-wide risk assessment report, and for the district’s bank depository services.
The board will meet Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. The public is invited to attend the meeting or make public comment in Rooms 2 and 3 of the Student Center on the Brenham campus. The meeting will also be livestreamed on YouTube.
