LOCAL POLICE LOOKING INTO ARMED ROBBERY REPORT

  

Brenham Police are investigating a reported armed robbery, early Tuesday morning.

Just before 5:30 a.m., police were called to the 600 block of East Main Street, to an aggravated Robbery.

Investigation revealed that the victim was allegedly held at gun point by a suspect who later fled scene with the victim’s vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered unoccupied near the scene.

The suspect was described as an unknown male wearing all black with a mask over his face.

The Criminal Investigation Division is currently looking into the incident and asks if anyone has any information, to please contact the police department.

The Brenham Police also wants to advise the public to please be aware of your surroundings at all times, especially if you are alone. If anyone notices any suspicious behavior, please call the police.
